These snacks are great! Not only are they nutritious, they are delicious too. Personally, I love chia seeds. They are high in nutrition but low in fat and calories. I often add them to smoothies, but eating them as a snack is delicious too. Plus, these chia snacks contain a hint of coconut flavor. They are hard to resist.

Lunch

All-American Salad (recipe here)

I liked this salad because it was easy-to-make, full of flavor, and a great light meal. I hope you like it too.
