Breakfast

Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Banana and Apple Slices

We enjoyed Kirkland Nonfat Green Yogurt today, but also recommend OIKOS NONFAT GREEK YOGURT.




Mid Morning Snack

Chickpea Chips

Crunchy and lightly salted, these chips are flavorful like chickpeas and crispy like potato chips. They are, pretty much, the perfect light, gluten-free snacks.

Lunch

Lobster-Avocado-Cilantro Salad

The salad combines supple avocado, delectable lobster and crunchy cucumbers with olive oil and herbs. It's one of the easiest, cleanest and most delicious salads we've eaten; and therefore, we highly recommend it.

Homemade Coconut Milk Smoothie with Frozen Greek Yogurt and Craisins

Dinner
