Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 49

Breakfast

Egg White Sandwich (recipe here)

This sandwich was wholesome and scrumptious. You don't need to use egg whites only, but it's healthier that way. Regardless, this was a fantastic sandwich and clean eating breakfast.

Mid Morning Snack

Roasted Edamame

This soy snack is packed with both protein and taste. I always feel hungry mid morning, and dry roasted edamame provides just the satisfaction I need. Plus, the grab-and-go bags are fantastic for easy snacking.

Lunch

Clean Eating Chicken Salad (recipe here)

Today's clean eating lunch was light, pleasant and protein-rich. The chicken salad blended well with crunchy greens. Plus, it was easy to make.

Afternoon Snack

Whole Natural Almonds

I love easy snacks, don't you? And these almond packs are easy, nutritious and delicious. You can take them anywhere, and their taste don't dissapoint.

Honey Walnut Crusted Chicken Strips (recipe here)

Chicken really is essential in clean eating. It's delicious and healthy, and can be cooked in so many ways.

Today's Honey Walnut Crusted Chicken Strips were created on a whim, but turned out fantastic. It was sweet, zesty and delicious. The entire family enjoyed it, and I hope you try it too.

Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 48

Breakfast

Granola Cluster (Oats, Honey, Almonds, Raisins and All-Natural Brown Cane Sugar), Hard-Boiled Eggs and Grapes

This was a delicious and filling breakfast. I purchased the granola clusters from a natural foods store near our house. It's homemade. You can get a similar one at Kind Plus.



 Try this for a clean eating breakfast!

Mid Morning Snack

Apple and Pear Slices.

Fresh fall fruits? Um, yes please!






Lunch

Turkey, Avocado and Feta Salad (recipe here)

Lunch--even clean eating lunch--should be easy yet healthy. Today's lunch is definitely that.

The turkey and avocado blended well together, and a splash of natural feta added a nice flavor. This was a delicious lunch idea. I hope you like it.

Afternoon Snack

Smoked Atlantic Salmon with Goat Cheese and Thyme




Dinner

Roasted Eel (Unagi) Over Organic Quinoa, with a Side of Cucumber Slices

The unagi was ready-made store-bought. It was delicious, and you can find it here.

I used TruRoots Organic Quinoa, which I absolutely recommend. It's my go-to brand of grain for clean eating.

For sauce, I used a homemade teriyaki sauce. It was both delicious and easy-to-make. You can find the recipe here.

Breakfast

Scrambled Eggs, Whole Wheat Toast and Fruit Slices


Mid Morning Snack

Chocolate Coconut Larabar

There are only five ingredients in this Larabar: dates, almonds, walnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder and unsweetened coconut. The bar's fantastic, and if you haven't tried it, you should.

Lunch

Brussels Sprouts and Chicken (get recipe here)

This was an awesome stir fry lunch! I've always liked Brussels sprouts because they're crunchy and delicious. Today, with chicken, they tasted even better. This recipe is definitely worth a try.

Afternoon Snack

Whole Wheat Fig Bars (find similar here)

I saw these at Whole Foods, and couldn't resist. They were delicious! Definitely made a fantastic clean eating snack.

If you don't have access to Whole Foods, you can also try Nature's Bakery Fig Bars, which are just as good--and good for you too.




Dinner

Smoked Salmon and Egg White Salad

Due to a longer gym routine, easier clean eating recipes have become a norm. Tonight, I topped a bowl of mixed greens with hard boiled egg whites and smoked salmon. It was a quick and easy meal, but delicious still. Plus, it was packed with protein.

Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 46

Breakfast

Fluffy Egg Cake (recipe here)

This was one of the easiest breakfast to make--just slightly whisk eggs and pop them in a microwave. It also tasted fantastic. Hope you like.

Mid Morning Snack

Roasted Seaweed 

(Try Annie Chun's here. They were DELICIOUS!) 




Lunch

Stir Fry Chinese Leek and Tofu Slices

I prepared the leek and tofu by stir frying in extra virgin olive oil and splashing just a pinch of sea salt. The leek already has natural sweetness, which blended well with the salt. The tofu slices added both texture and protein.

I also laid the vegetable over a bed of organic brown rice. It was a delicious clean eating lunch.



Afternoon Snack

Banana-Strawberry-Orange Smoothie (get recipe here)

Awesome smoothie! It was sweet with strawberries and citrus-y with orange. You should certainly try it.

Dinner

Seared Tuna with Salad

I'm bummed about forgetting to record today's clean eating dinner recipe, because the tuna turned out amazing. We bought our pre-packaged tuna steak from Trader Joe's, but the Omaha Steakhouse Tuna Steaks work too. There should be instructions on the package. Ours took less than 30 minutes to prepare.
