Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 65

Breakfast


Whole Wheat Toast with All-Natural Peanut Butter, and a Side of Kiwi and Raspberries



 Mid Morning Snack


This was a sweet, crunchy and healthy mix. I think you'll enjoy it.



Lunch

Turkey Sandwich with Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, All-Natural Turkey Breast, Olive Oil Mayo and Organic Fig Preserves

I understand that it's unusual to add fruit preserves to lunch meat, but the sweet, wholesome flavor of fig preserves blended well with turkey and whole wheat toast. I hope you give this sandwich a try, because it was truly delicious.




For an all-natural fig preservative, Fig Jam Andresy All natural French jam is a fantastic choice! Made with natural cane sugar and having no preservatives at all, this is a wonderful import from France.

Afternoon Snack

Newman's Own Organics Newman-O's Crème Filled Chocolate Cookies (from this location)

A healthier alternative to Oreos?

YES PLEASE!

These sandwich bites have no preservatives and artificial coloring but the same great taste. A must-try, if you ask me.

Dinner

Apple Avocado Salad (recipe from here)

This was a sweet, crunchy and scrumptious salad. I liked the combination of fresh vegetables, wholesome avocado and sweet apples. On top of all the goodness, drizzles of organic poppy seed dressing too. This was, by far, one of my favorite vegetarian clean eating recipes.

Mid Morning Snack

Simply Protein Crunch Snack Pack (with Banana, Caramel and Cashew Nut)

This snack is consists of all-natural ingredients and has no added sugar. It has plenty of nutrients and a whole lot of taste--and is the perfect snack to hold you off til' lunch.

Lunch

Baby Kale Salad with Baked All-Natural Chicken Breast, Craisins and Almonds, in Organic Honey Dijon Dressing

This is an awesome combo! Sweet and crunchy. You've gotta try it.



I used Brianna's Honey Mustard Dijon Dressing, by the way. It's made with real honey and tastes awesome!


Afternoon Snack

Whole Wheat Cracker with Organic Cream Cheese

Though simple, this snack is filling and tasty.



I know I've recommended Greek yogurt cream cheese before--and I still do--but the Organic Valley Pasteurized Cream Cheese tastes better. 

I like that it uses little ingredients--and all of them are organic. This brand of cream cheese is sold at most grocery stores, or you can find it here.


As far as whole wheat crackers go, Carr's Whole Wheat Crackers is, by far, one of my favorites. They're my go-to.


Dinner

Coconut Curry Chicken (find recipe here)

If you're a curry lover like me, you'll love this sweet, creamy dish. The recipe's easy-to-do; and the flavor's great. I hope you enjoy it.

Chicken Sandwich with Apple Slices and Smoked Provolone, in Whole Wheat Artisan Bread

Whenever I feel like splurging on baked goods, I buy a loaf of freshly-baked Artisan bread from the local grocer. It tastes fresh and delightful, and is great for sandwich-making.

Today's sandwich was made with whole wheat Artisan. I packed the sandwich with all-natural chicken breast meat, provolone cheese and fuji apple slices. The sandwich had a sweet and smokey flavor, as well as a crunchy bite. The ingredients sound unusual but worked well together. I think you'll enjoy it.




Afternoon Snack

Cucumber Slices with Roasted Garlic Hummus Dip

Today's clean eating snack was protein-rich and tasty. I've always enjoyed a stack of fresh and crunchy cucumber with creamy, flavorsome hummus.

You can get hummus from any grocery store, but if you make your own, try this easy recipe.


Dinner

Stir Fry Pork with Maple-Mustard Glaze (recipe here)

A sweet and tangy glaze is a great sauce for pork. Made with organic pork, this awesome clean eating meal is a fantastic idea for dinner.

If you like pork, you'll love this maple- and mustard-flavored version.

Tuna is rich in omega-3, protein and vitamins, and is great for clean eating.

A tuna melt sandwich is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tuna. Today's tuna melt has quite a saucy kick, with the addition of spicy pepper jack cheese. I liked it a lot, and hope you do too.

Sweet and delicious. They make good snacks.

Ginger Chicken Over Buckwheat Noodle (recipe here)

This clean eating dinner was scrumptious! The chicken, marinaded in sweet ginger sauce, was tender and savory. Over organic buckwheat noodle, it tasted even better. If you want a wholesome, scrumptious meal, this is a great one to try.
