Breakfast

Cheesy Scrambled Eggs Over Whole Wheat Toast

You can use any brand or type of cheese you want, but I chose Organic Valley Colby Jack Cheese because it's organic pasteurized cheese, and isn't potently sharp. I chopped a stick into cubes, and lightly whisked them into the eggs. I also used Organic Valley Salted Butter for scrambling.

This was a wholesome, scrumptious breakfast that's full of protein and energy.

  Mid Morning Snack

Grapes

They are so refreshing!



Lunch

Turkey and Craisin Salad

This was a simple salad: organic oven-roasted turkey, craisins, green onion, sea salt and pepper, and mayo with olive oil.

Mix everything together, and enjoy!


Afternoon Snack

Pure Organic Bar, in Coconut Banana Flavor

This bar was awesome! It was sweet, flavorful and completely satisfying. If you need a quick clean eating snack, Pure Organic Bar is a fantastic choice.

Dinner

Organic Ground Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry (Recipe Here)

This clean eating dinner was simple and savory. It's a traditional Chinese dish that you can enjoy with rice. I ate it with organic brown rice, which is also great for clean eating.
