Egg and Feta Wrap
Want a lighter cheese? Try feta. Made with sheep's or goat's milk, feta is gentler on the digestive system and has sufficient vitamins and minerals. It is, however, high in saturated fat and calories, and therefore better consumed earlier in the day.
Due to feta's sodium content, it pairs well with eggs because it adds a slightly salty flavor. In today's feta and egg wrap, I used organic whole wheat tortilla to add more nutritional value. The result was a tasty yet wholesome breakfast.
