Breakfast

Avocado and Eggs Over Whole Wheat Artisan Bread

Protein and carbs--best way to start the day.


Mid Morning Snack

Plain nonfat Greek yogurt with blueberry sauce

Nonfat plain Greek yogurt with homemade blueberry sauce (organic blueberries and all-natural brown cane sugar)


Lunch

Stir Fry Ground Pork and Veggies Mixed with Organic Quinoa


Afternoon Snack

Smoked Salmon with Goat Cheese or Organic Cream Cheese and dey thyme


Dinner

Lobster Avocado Cilantro Salad

Mix lobster (or shrimp) with avocado, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and balsamic vinegar, and enjoy!
