Ingredients
- 1 ripe Hass avocado, de-cored, peeled and chopped up
- 2 table spoons of nonfat feta cheese crumbs
- 1 ripe tomato, diced up
- 1 dash of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 tea spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice (usually 1 lemon wedge)
- 1/4 cup of white or red onion, diced
Instructions
- In medium mixing bowl, add avocado and mash with spoon.
- Add all other ingredients, and mix well.
- Serve with a side of organic blue corn tortilla chips.
